A year ago at the same time we visited the Chinese lantern exhibition, which delighted us with its colorful glow and mysterious charm. This year there was a similar exhibition, but this time the theme focused on dinosaurs. It was an extraordinary experience that transported us to a prehistoric world full of giant reptiles, brought to life by light and sound.
The exhibition, as before, made the strongest impression after dark. The nighttime lighting gave the dinosaurs an air of mystery and made them look almost alive. Every detail was carefully recreated, and the lighting emphasized their monumental size and menacing silhouettes.
This is the second year running that Edinburgh Zoo has organized this impressive exhibition, which has become a staple of the winter calendar. The exhibition is usually on from December to January, giving visitors plenty of opportunities to immerse themselves in this magical world.
Edinburgh Zoo once again showed that it can surprise and deliver amazing experiences. I can’t wait to see what next year will bring and what theme will be chosen for the next exhibition. If you haven’t had the chance to visit this winter attraction yet, I highly recommend it — it’s an experience that stays with you for a long time.
